Send messages to your entire group, or just to those members within selected Zip Codes!

San Francisco, California - August 19, 2011. iPling today announced that Zip Code filters are now available on its group SMS platform. Anyone with an iPling SMS group may continue to notify his/her entire group in the usual way, or may now specify one or more Zip Codes so that the notifications sent reach only certain members of the group. Following are a few examples of how to use our Zip filters:

IPLING ACME @94105 This is a group notification to group members in Zip Code 94105 only.
IPLING ACME @941 This is a group notification to any member within Zips from 94100 to 94199.
IPLING ACME This is a group notification to all members of the group.

If you have any questions regarding this feature, send SOS IPLING to 99123 and one of our customer support specialist will give you a call.
